These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website of JAXOK, a division of V&A Networking Pvt. Ltd. ("JAXOK", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or lawful guardian, to use the site, apply for a role, or register for a program. By using the site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it.

2. Use of the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content.

3. Services and engagements

Content on this site is for general information only. It is not an offer, proposal, or binding commitment. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement or statement of work) executed between you and JAXOK, which prevails over these Terms in respect of those services.

4. Programs and payments

Registration for our programs (the Fellowship Program and the Jaxok Forward Program), the fees, and the refund and cancellation rules are governed by our Program Terms & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Paid program fees are collected through a third-party payment gateway, and by paying you agree to that gateway's terms in addition to ours.

5. Submissions you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any content you submit through our forms (enquiries, applications, or program registrations). Do not submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you are not permitted to share. You grant us a limited right to use your submission for the purpose for which you provided it.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the JAXOK and V&A Networking names, and software, is owned by V&A Networking Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Ownership of deliverables created under a services engagement or a program is governed by the applicable separate agreement or the Program Terms.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

8. Electronic communications

When you contact us or register through the site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (by email) in connection with your enquiry, application, or program, and you agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

9. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAXOK and V&A Networking Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory liability that may not be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAXOK and V&A Networking Pvt. Ltd. from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, natural events, strikes, or acts of government.

13. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or the site at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or restrict access to the site at our discretion.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the site.
