Program Terms & Refund Policy

These Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern registration for and participation in the learning programs offered by JAXOK, a division of V&A Networking Pvt. Ltd. ("JAXOK", "we", "us"): the Fellowship Program and the Jaxok Forward Program. They form part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you accept these Program Terms.

1. The programs at a glance

• Fellowship Program: a free, three-month program for people who already have experience. You can join fully remote or on-site. You spend three months building production-level products with us, on JAXOK's own products or those of our partnered startups, with a curriculum focused on using AI to build real software. It includes a guaranteed internship opportunity with a partner startup and a certificate of completion.
• Jaxok Forward Program: a paid, five-month program for beginners. The first two months are hands-on training; the next three months are an internship at JAXOK on real projects. It includes a certificate of completion and a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) on successful completion.
• Schedule: both programs are scheduled to start on 8 August 2026. Registrations open on 15 July 2026 (Fellowship) and 28 July 2026 (Jaxok Forward). Dates may change; we will notify registered participants of any change.

2. Fees and payment

• The Fellowship Program is free of cost. No fee is charged to participate.
• The Jaxok Forward Program fee is ₹5,000, offered at a limited launch price of ₹4,000. Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Paid fees are collected securely through a third-party payment gateway. Your place is confirmed only once payment is successfully received and we send you a confirmation.
• Seats are limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. A successful payment does not by itself guarantee selection where eligibility or capacity conditions apply (see section 3).

3. Eligibility and selection

• The Fellowship Program is intended for people who already have building experience. The Jaxok Forward Program is designed for beginners.
• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information during registration.
• We may ask for a short conversation or task to confirm fit. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw a registration where eligibility is not met or information is found to be inaccurate.

4. Internship

• For the Fellowship Program, we provide a guaranteed internship opportunity with one of our partnered startups or companies, subject to your successful participation and the partner's onboarding requirements.
• For the Jaxok Forward Program, the three-month internship is with JAXOK, working on real, production-level projects you can add to your resume.
• An internship is a learning placement and does not constitute employment or a promise of permanent employment. No stipend is payable for the Jaxok Forward Program internship. Any specific internship terms will be shared in writing before it begins.

5. Certificate and Letter of Recommendation

A certificate of completion is issued when you complete the program and meet the participation and project requirements communicated to you. For the Jaxok Forward Program, a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) is also provided on successful completion. Certificates and LORs are not issued where a participant is removed for cause or does not meet the completion criteria.

6. Attendance and code of conduct

We expect honest effort, respectful conduct, and reasonable attendance and participation. We may remove a participant, without refund, for serious or repeated breaches, including harassment, dishonesty, plagiarism, sharing confidential materials, or conduct that harms other participants, partners, or JAXOK.

7. Ownership of work

Work you create on JAXOK's products or a partner's products during the program or internship, and any related intellectual property, belongs to JAXOK or the relevant partner. You may describe your contribution and showcase your work in a portfolio in a way that does not disclose confidential information. Anything you build independently outside the program remains yours.

8. Refund and cancellation policy

• Fellowship Program: free of cost, so no fee and no refund applies.
• Cooling-off period (Jaxok Forward): you may cancel within 7 days of payment, and before the program start date, for a full refund.
• Before the start date but after 7 days: you may cancel for a refund of the fee less a reasonable administrative charge of up to 10%.
• On or after the start date: fees are non-refundable once the program has begun, because seats and resources are committed. We may consider a pro-rata or goodwill refund in genuine, documented cases (such as a medical emergency) at our discretion.
• If we cancel or postpone a program before it starts, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 business days of approval. Any payment-gateway charges that are non-recoverable may be deducted where permitted by law.

9. Changes by JAXOK

We may reasonably adjust the curriculum, schedule, format (remote or on-site), instructors, or partner placements to deliver the program effectively. We will give registered participants reasonable notice of material changes.

10. Disclaimer

Our programs are educational. We do not guarantee any particular job, salary, or commercial outcome beyond what is expressly stated here (such as the Fellowship internship opportunity and the certificate or LOR). Your results depend on your own effort and participation.

11. Governing law and grievances

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
