• We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data and ask that you do not submit it through our forms.

2. How and why we use it

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

Our website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children without verifiable parental or guardian consent as required by the DPDP Act.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect you, we will notify affected individuals and the competent authority where required and within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.
